1. See progress from a Value Case

Open a Value Case and select View Progress to see how its tracked measures are doing. The overview brings together the measures associated with the initiatives and standard measures linked to the case, helping you spot progress, shortfalls and missing data in one place.

Choose the comparison that answers your question:

• Actual versus Baseline: where are we now compared with where we started?

• Actual versus Forecast: where are we now compared with where we expected to be?

• Actual versus Target: where are we now compared with what we ultimately want to achieve?

Separate panels summarise all tracked measures, financial measures and non-financial measures. They show achievement summaries and measures that are on track, behind or have no data yet. Financial summaries also bring together the relevant monetary values, making it easier to review the financial picture alongside the wider results.

You can hide measures with no actuals and manage which measures are included in the case’s progress view. You can include measures excluded from the view again later. Links to Measure Status and Tracking Data help you investigate a result or follow up on missing values.

If the Value Case lacks the initiatives and standard measures needed to show progress, a message explains what to add.

2. Turn Wovex Assist results into useful briefs

Wovex Assist can use your selected goals, outcomes and measures to populate four Word briefs:

• Sponsor Brief: help a sponsor understand the expected value, evidence and support needed for a project or proposal.

• Business Case Brief: develop a value-focused summary to support investment, funding or approval decisions.

• Workshop Planning Brief: prepare clearer inputs for a benefits mapping or value planning workshop.

• Value Challenge Brief: examine whether an existing initiative has clear value, clear impact and measurable evidence.

Choose the brief you need and select Generate Selected Brief to download the Word document. Each brief provides a structure and starting content that you can review and develop for your situation. AI-generated content remains a draft for your judgement and review.

3. Save and reuse ideas with playlists

Playlists in Wovex Assist let you collect goals, outcomes and measures for later use. Keep useful items together, add selected results from later generations, and reuse items across multiple playlists.

You can download a playlist when you need it, giving you a reusable collection for your next planning or review session.

4. Follow changes to tracking data more easily

Tracking Data history makes it easier to see who changed a value, when they changed it, which field changed, and its previous and new values. This helps you investigate a result and understand how the evidence has developed.

History exports have also been improved, so you can take the records into a spreadsheet for further analysis.

5. Read exported items more easily

Item exports now include a third header row with the familiar display name for each field, alongside the existing internal field name and tooltip rows. This makes it easier to find the columns you recognise from Wovex when reviewing or updating an exported worksheet.

6. Other improvements

• My Workspace: selecting My Workspace now opens the Item View workspace. Standard and Advanced workspaces remain available where supported by your plan and permissions.

• Measure Status: improved date filtering helps you focus on the start and end dates of initiatives, benefits and measures.

• Enterprise single sign-on: improvements make single sign-on access easier to use.

• Value Case Progress: it is easier to update a measure’s financial or non-financial classification from the progress view.

• All Items History: We fixed a bug in the change-history view.
